Although our current civil code dates back to 2002 and is relatively new, it does not provide for numerous facts related to technology that permeate citizens' daily lives today.

Just to clarify the importance of a Civil Code, it is enough to say that it is a law russian whatsapp number that regulates the most important private relationships of citizens, including family law (personality, majority, civil capacity, marriage, filiation, alimony, rights of the unborn, inheritance, property regime, contracts, etc.) including commercial relationships.

This law is based on the most relevant assets,

Today, the so-called information society (due to the transformation caused by computing) is heading towards a new industrial revolution (and social, predicted by the modern prophets of Globalism), the so-called 4.0 revolution, where technology will not only change things as we know them, but will cause a disruption in society (what awaits us?!).

But returning to our daily lives, virtual legal relationships are increasingly present, just as today the cell phone is part of the citizen's life, collecting and grouping in a single place all the information related to their private life (work, friends, family, bank, passwords, images, etc.).

The current civil code does not specifically provide for many virtual contracts or facts (although it is possible to work without more specific rules, this absence ends up causing a lot of uncertainty and discussion). That is where we want to get to.

Modern types of digital contracts (and digital rights), although they have aspects of traditional contracts, have their own details and this makes all the difference.

Here is an excellent opportunity for the New Code group to dedicate itself.

Nothing is more necessary, given reality, than seeking to regulate these relationships and preserve the minimum level of ethics and security for citizens.
